Stroke and Turn Judge Registration Please have all Stroke & Turn judges for your team complete this registration. In place of sending a copy of the training certificate, they will merely certify here that they attended a TSA training (live clinics only) or are certified through USA Swimming. TSA training must be repeated annually. USA Swimming certification lasts for a longer duration.
