When do I need to be there?
Arrival times and warm up times for Swimmers, Volunteers and Family are determined by if the meet is a home or away meet. Regardless of location, all meets will begin promptly at 6:00pm.
Home Meets
- 4:00pm - Setup Volunteers Arrival
- 4:30pm - Stingray Arrival
- 5:00pm - Stingray Swimmer Warm-up & Volunteer check-in
- 5:30pm - Visiting Team Swimmer Warm-up
- 6:00pm - Meet Start (promptly)
Away Meets
- 5:00pm - Stingray Arrival & Volunteer check-in
- 5:30pm - Stingray Swimmer Warm-up
- 6:00pm - Meet Start (promptly)
