Hello Team - what a great meet this past Tuesday!  In planning for next week's meet, we do realize that for many of our swimmers they will be having EOG's on Wednesday. Please keep that in mind when you RSVP.  Last week we had a number of last-minute emails regarding lineup changes due to other commitments that caused challenges for our coaches and committee to rework lineups late into the night, right before the meet.

*Please remember, per Tarheel Swimming Association Rules, there is no alcohol permitted at swim meets.  Should members of our swim team community partake, we could be forced to forfeit that meet.

We will be sending an additional email regarding this meet as soon as we hear from Lifetime Fitness.
