Hello Stingray Families,

We have a few important updates to share!  

Mock Meet – This Saturday, June 7

• Swimmers may arrive at 7:15 AM to begin checking in and setting up.
• Warm-ups will begin promptly at 7:30 AM.
• Our goal is to start the meet at 8:00 AM sharp. 

We’ll have donuts and juice boxes for the kids, and if we receive a few more donations, we’ll also provide coffee for the adults!

If you’d like to contribute, you can send small donations to @Holly-Phillips-39 (last 5 digits of cell: 8158) via Venmo.

Volunteers Needed!

As you know, our swim meets wouldn’t be possible without the support of our amazing parent volunteers. We kindly ask that each family volunteers for at least four swim meets this season. Volunteer sign-ups are now open for our first official swim meet – we encourage you to sign up early to get your preferred roles and dates! Sign ups will close on Sunday.

In addition, we’re still in need of a few more volunteers for our Mock Meet this weekend. This is a great opportunity to get familiar with how the meets work, especially if you're new to the team.  In order to hold the mock meet all volunteer spots must be filled!

 Reminders for Swimmers

• Bring two towels: one to sit on, and one to use after swimming.
• Please RSVP for the mock meet by Wednesday night (June 4).
  
  We’re meeting with coaches Thursday evening to build the meet into our software, so no late RSVPs will be accepted.

First Official Swim Meet – Tuesday, June 10

We’ll be hosting Holly Glen for our first meet of the season!

• Both Swimmer RSVP and volunteer sign-ups are now open.
• You MUST register your swimmer by this Saturday at NOON.
  
  We will not add swimmers to the lineup after this deadline.
  
  If you don’t RSVP, we’ll assume your swimmer is not attending.
